Highlights About This Fantastic Evening

JOIN US SUNDAY, JUNE 5, 2022 FROM 6-9PM AT THE CAPITAL CITY CLUB FOR OUR 6TH ANNUAL CHEFS' FEAST

The 6th annual Chefs’ Feast, chaired by Kevin Goldsmith, features a five-course Mediterranean-inspired seated dinner, featuring a prominent lineup of chefs from around the Southeast. Enjoy a special menu of regionally fresh and seasonal dishes (to be announced). A special VIP pre-event reception, beginning an hour earlier at 5PM, for all sponsors and their guests (and individuals who select the combined ticket option–see below).

Thanks to Presenting Sponsor, Synovus Bank, all funds raised by the event will go directly to support the programs and services we provide to 350 homeless men and women each day.

As an added bonus, guests will be able to bid on exciting culinary items and experiences.


Explanation of Benefits Associated with Each Donation Level

$1,200–Reserved Table for 8

  • 8 tickets to the dinner and a reserved table for you and your guests
  • Admission to the VIP pre-event reception, beginning at 5PM

2022 Featured Chefs

Kevin Goldsmith: Chef Goldsmith is an Augusta, GA-based restaurateur and owner of the newly opened Trattoria Polipo in Augusta. He is also event chair for Chefs’ Feast 2022 and member of the Transitions Homeless Center Board of Directors.

Chefs Vinnie Livoti and Lawrence Wright: Chef Livoti is Director of Food Services for BlueCross BlueShield of SC after working for Harpers Restaurants and Birds on a Wire. Chef Wright manages an onsite cafe at BlueCross BlueShield after years as Executive Chef at Villa Tronco.

Nate Lindsay: Chef Lindsay is Executive Chef of Trattoria Polipo in Augusta. His 17-year career has taken him to the helm of award-winning restaurants at Amelia Island Plantation, as well as Napa, CA, Washington, D.C., and Jacksonville, FL.

Jesse Cepeda: Chef Cepeda is the new Executive Chef of the Capital City Club. A native Texan, Chef Cepeda believes simplicity, sustainability, and locally-grown products are of utmost importance to creating memorable culinary experiences. After positions in Austin, Waco and Tallahassee, Chef Cepeda has brought his farm-to-table style to Columbia.

Todd Schafer: Chef Schafer starting his cooking career at age 15 and attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Following graduation, he worked at Ciboulette in Atlanta, Provence in Washington, D.C., and Pinot Blanc in Napa Valley before returning to his hometown of Augusta, GA. to open Bistro 491. Fifteen years later, Chef Schafer opened Abel Brown Southern Kitchen & Oyster Bar, where his commitment to authentic, yet refined preparation of ingredient-driven dishes continues to attract a huge following.
